Pause & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the following options for pausing your membership:

Pause Policy

  • You may pause your membership for up to 2 times during the subscription period, with a maximum duration of 2 weeks per pause.

  • In cases of injury, your membership may be paused for the duration recommended by a doctor, provided a valid medical certificate is presented.

For Monthly Subscriptions:

  • Pause requests will only be honored for injuries, supported by a valid medical certificate or appropriate evidence from a certified medical institution. The pause will be valid for the duration recommended by the doctor.

For Non-Subscription (e.g., Class Passes):

Refund Policy

Please note that all class passes and monthly memberships are non-refundable once purchased. We kindly ask you to ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction.

Refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis in emergency situations, such as accidents or injuries, and must be supported by a valid medical certificate from a certified medical institution.
