Train, Reset, and Belong. Work out with a friendly mix of locals and people from around the world. After your session, grab a coffee at RX Cafe or recover with the community in our Ice Bath, Sauna, and Yoga center.
All of our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 or Level 2 certified, with additional qualifications in nutrition, personal training, and Olympic weightlifting, ensuring safe, effective, and high value coaching.

Do I need experience?
No experience is required for Bootcamp, HYROX, or Yoga. These classes are open to everyone. For CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, previous experience is preferred. If you are new to the barbell, our 3-session On-Ramp program will help you learn the basics and get you started safely.
How do I get started?
The best way is our 14-Day Unlimited Trial. It gives you full access to the gym and classes. For beginners wanting to try CrossFit, this trial also includes your required On-Ramp coaching sessions if you are new to CrossFit.
What is the difference between CrossFit and Bootcamp?
CrossFit focuses on technical skills like lifting and gymnastics. Bootcamp is a high-energy workout using simpler movements with no experience required. Both are coach-led and designed to get you fit.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Our mission is to help you get fit, regardless of your starting point. All of our workouts are fully scalable, meaning our coaches will adjust the movements, weights, and intensity to match your current ability. Whether you are an athlete or haven’t trained in years, you will find a safe and effective place to start at CFCNX.
Can I access the sauna and ice bath?
Yes. All memberships and class passes include full access to our Open Gym, Ice Bath, and Sauna. We also have towels available for rent at the front desk, so you have everything you need to train and recover in one place.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All classes must be booked via our online schedule so you can reserve your spot and avoid showing up for a full class. We cap our class sizes to ensure every athlete receives personalized, effective coaching and has enough space to train safely.

Do you host events and competitions?
Yes. We are the proud home of the Thailand Throwdown and the Thailand Throwdown: Masters Edition, attracting athletes from all over the world. We also host regular in-house events, including Weightlifting competitions and community throwdowns, to give our members a chance to test their fitness in a fun, competitive environment.
Do you offer coaching courses?
Yes. As a leading facility in the region, we regularly host professional development courses. This includes CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certificate courses annually, as well as specialized training like the Burgener Strength Level 1 weightlifting course.
